Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to higher limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your subscription renews monthly with fresh limits. We don't use a credit system — you get consistent access throughout your billing period.
What happens if I hit my rate limit?
You'll receive a 429 response with a Retry-After header. On the Free plan, limits reset every minute. Pro and Max plans have significantly higher limits and burst capacity.
What is Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)?
BYOK lets you use your existing API keys from providers like OpenAI or Anthropic. DeployAI routes through your own keys — you pay the provider directly for tokens, and DeployAI handles routing, logging, and failover at no extra token cost.
